Valuation in Power: a strategic gathering for the future of real estate valuation in Europe
On June 26, 2025, ISIVI – the Italian Institute of Real Estate Valuation – will host a European gathering titled Valuation in Power – Beyond Appraisal: Strategic Valuation Dialogue at the prestigious Villa di Delizia Business Space in Milan.
This event marks a pivotal moment for the Italian valuation community as it strengthens its voice within the European landscape. It will welcome Paulo Barros Trindade, newly elected Chairman of TEGOVA (The European Group of Valuers' Associations), for an exclusive working visit to Italy.
At a time when valuation intersects with ESG compliance, public procurement, sustainable investment, and market transparency, this gathering brings together key stakeholders from Italy and across Europe to reflect, coordinate, and act.
Two-part gathering
The program begins with a closed-door strategic session (15:00–17:00) bringing together Paulo Barros Trindade, the Chairman of TEGOVA and leaders of Italy’s main valuation organizations, including:
