Teleconferences

Agenda

To prepare my programme as candidate at FIABCI World Presidency 2010-2011, I scheduled these three teleconferences on FIABCI future on September, to which I invite you to participate.

1- Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at 3.00 PM Central European Time, 9.00 AM New York Time, 10.00 PM Tokyo Time, on:

1.1 - Proposals and ideas coming out from the meeting of European FIABCI Chapters that will be held in Zurich ( Switzerland) on August 25 next .

1.2 - The FIABCI Statutes and Internal regulations, the French Law July 1, 1901 that rules our organization: central role of Chapters and Principal members, powers and roles of statutory bodies and charges, analysis comments, proposals. The Secretariat and the new FIABCI headquarters in 17, rue Dumont d'Urville F-75116 Paris

2- Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at 3.00 PM Central European Time, 9.00 AM New York Time, 10.00 PM Tokyo Time, on:

2.1 - Proposals and ideas coming out from the Conference of FIABCI USA that will be held in Denver, on September 11-13 next.

2.2 - Involvement of FIABCI Principal members in Real Estate Market Advisory Group (REM)/UNECE Projects: the case of “RE rating REM project”, other REM projects and the possible participation of experts of FIABCI Principal members

2.3 – Support to the FIABCI Chapters and regional FIABCI structure with an e-revolution: FIABCI internal voip communications, FIABCI internal business and social networking, georeferentiation , etc

3-Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at 3.00 PM Central European Time, 9.00 AM New York Time, 10.00 PM Tokyo Time on:

3.1 – The “RE guidelines for social and economical development” after the CHLM/UNECE 70^th session in Geneva (23-25 September) an instrument to minimize in each Country the effects of the crisis and to exit from the crisis with a stronger RE private sector.

3.2- Ideas and proposals to improve our organization: from the last FIABCI surveys to ... your own idea and proposal.
